iManage provides a simple set of indicators to allow users to quickly review key aspects of their fleet performance – including areas such as vehicle inventory and cost information. The time frame of the dashboard information can be changed to cover the last one, two or three years, and the user can set target costs and inventory numbers with upper and lower control limits to enable him or her to see if their fleet is operating efficiently. iManage also provides the means to drill down into the detail of the information that is presented in the dashboard, allowing users to quickly identify specific problems. The information available covers all fleet operations for GE customers across Europe either as a whole or by country. iManage requires no installation of software and can be accessed through any web browser with a simple user name and password security check. All data and graphs can also be exported into Microsoft Excel. Key features of iManage include:
Fleet Inventory:Allows the user to review the number of vehicles they have on fleet, both live and on order. Views can be set to consolidate information across Europe or local country with the ability to analyse across accounts or at cost centre levels. With iManage, the fleet inventory can be viewed in a variety of ways: manufacturer group, make, model, fuel type, body type or product types
Fleet Costs: Allows the user to analyse spend amounts per cost type, answering questions such as how much have I spent on rental vehicles over the past 12 months across Europe? How much have I spent on tyres in the past two years in the UK? What is the split of costs on tyres between petrol and diesel vehicles across the UK and France? By what percentage have my fuel costs increased or decreased across Europe in the past three years? Which make of vehicle has the highest maintenance spend based on the average cost per unit?
Termination Forecasts: Allows the user see at a glance mileage and duration projections on current vehicles plus those, which are due for replacement.
